Partner With Us
The first and most important thing you can do to help us, and the Nsenga Bible Translation Project, is to pray for us regularly and specifically. We publish a news and prayer letter so that people can follow our mission work and know what to pray for. You can sign up for our newsletter by sending us a note at “Contact Us”.
Since Lutheran Bible Translators is an independent organization, we don’t receive money from any Synod or other Lutheran entity. Instead, all financial support for LBT missionaries comes from individual Christians with a heart for missions, and from special donations by congregations, schools, and other groups. This is called a “direct support” mission. We need to have this support in place before we can leave for Zambia, and it needs to continue while we are there in order for us to stay in the field.
One way to help participate in the work of Bible Translation is to become a monthly supporter of the our work. This long-term project needs regular, faithful mission partners to make sure financial needs are met, month in and month out.
Contributions to the our work can be sent to: Lutheran Bible Translators, 303 N. Lake St, Box 2050, Aurora IL 60507. Please indicate “Pluger Ministry” on your check. You can also give online through the LBT website here, or by clicking the big orange button. If you would like to set up a re-occurring bank transfer or credit card gift, you can download and print this form.
Thank you for your interest in the our work and the Nsenga Bible Translation Project. Please consider becoming a financial partner with us in their work, and thank you for your prayers on behalf of Bible-less people and the missionaries who serve them around the world.
